This is a simple color pallet by Brian White that has vector color bars with multiple sets of percentages of white added to the layers above them.

This type of pallet helps to find the right subtle colors to go with the main branding colors. The psd has multiple sets of percentages to choose from as well as folders set to overlay and soft light to get that certain color combo you need.
